卫星推进自适应流量闭环调节技术

摘要 针对目前液体火箭发动机推进系统中并联贮箱不均衡排放问题,设计一种基于并联贮箱均衡排放的自适应流量闭环调节系统。该系统由可编程控制器和比例电磁阀组成,通过PLC输出电流使比例电磁阀打开,随后PLC计算采集流量与目标流量的差值。当差值在精度以外时,PLC稳定输出电流调节比例电磁阀开度;当差值在精度以内时,保持比例电磁阀开度,完成流量调节。经试验验证了该系统的可行性。 To adress the problem of unbalanced emissions from parallel tanks in liquid rocket engine propulsion system,an adaptive closed-loop flow regulation system based on parallel tanks is proposed.The system is composed of programmable logic controller and proportional solenoid valve.The PLC outputs electric current to open the proportional solenoid valve and calculates the difference between the collected flow and the target flow.When the difference value is beyond accuracy,the PLC outputs the current stably to adjust the opening of the proportional solenoid valve.When the difference value is within accuracy,the opening of the proportional solenoid valve maintains for the completion of the flow regulation.The test results verify the feasibility of the system.
