摘要
某型航空发动机空气涡轮起动机在使用后出现了静密封面滑油渗出情况。通过排查接合面尺寸及形位数据、胶圈和密封面质量等因素,开展大量验证试验,发现密封面微弧氧化后疏松层表面质量不佳是导致滑油渗出的主要原因。通过更改表面处理电参数和电解液,有效提升微弧氧化疏松层质量,解决了静密封渗油问题。
To handle the oil leakage on the static sealing surface occurring to an aero-engine air turbine starte,a large number of validation tests were undertaken by screening the faying surface size and type of data,aprons and sealing surface quality etc.,and it was found that the main cause for the leakage was the poor quality of loose layer on the sealing surface due to micro-arc oxidation.Therefore,the surface treatment of the electric parameters and the electrolyte was changed to enhance effectively the quality of micro-arc oxidized loose layer,solving the static seal oil leakage.
