摘要
以自制的钯碳为催化剂,2,6-二氯-3-三氟甲基吡啶为原料,经选择性加氢反应,制备得到2-氯-3-三氟甲基吡啶。考察了载体类型、Pd负载量、反应温度、缚酸剂对反应的影响。在最佳的反应条件下,2,6-二氯-3-三氟甲基吡啶的转化率可达94.8%,2-氯-3-三氟甲基吡啶的选择性可达96.5%。
Applied self-prepared Pd/C as catalyst,2-chloro-3-trifluoromethylpyridine was prepared by selective hydrogenation of 2,6-dichloro-3-trifluoromethylpyridine.The effects of the character of support,the amount of palladium,the temperature and acid-binding agent on the reaction were investigated.The conversion of 2,6-dichloro-3-trifluoromethylpyridine was 94.8%and the selectivity of 2-chloro-3-trifluoromethylpyridine was 96.5%under the optimum reaction conditions.
