摘要
紫米中的无机砷经微波萃取后,采用液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法测定其含量。结果表明:在0~60.0μg/L的质量浓度范围内,紫米中无机砷的质量浓度与响应值呈现良好的线性关系(R;≥0.9990),亚砷酸盐及砷酸盐的加标回收率分别为96.1%~101.2%和95.7%~98.2%,精密度试验(n=6)的相对标准偏差分别为0.94%和0.88%,检出限分别为0.0016、0.0081 mg/kg,定量限分别为0.005、0.024 mg/kg。方法灵敏度高、简便快捷,可准确测定紫米中无机砷的含量。
The content of inorganic arsenic in purple rice was determined by LC-AFS after microwave extracted.The results showed that within the mass concentration range of 0~60.0μg/L,the mass cocentration of inorganic arsenic in purple rice presented a good linear relationship with the response value(R;≥0.9990).The standard recovery rates of arsenite and arsenate were 96.1%~101.2%and 95.7%~98.2%,respectively.RSD of the precision experiment(n=6)were 0.94%and 0.88%.The LOD of arsenite and arsenate were 0.0016 and 0.0081 mg/kg,the LOQ of arsenite and arsenate were 0.005 and 0.024 mg/kg.The method was sensitive,simple and fast,could determine the inorganic arsenic exactly in purple rice.
