摘要
随着新一代数字技术和制造业的高度融合,各个领域和各个行业的智能化改造发展都取得了明显的成效。数字化、智能化、自动化等一些先进的智能化技术正逐渐成为现代智能化改造的代名词,智能化改造技术在油田化工领域也正在逐步得到应用。由于在役的海洋石油平台存在设计年代较为久远,设计手段仍停留在二维阶段,智能化改造面临着关键共性技术缺乏,智能化改造的标准、软件、信息等方面基础薄弱,智能化改造成熟度不高,整体智能化改造解决方案供给能力不足等一些问题。而各个业主单位对在役平台智能化改造的需求迫切,因此产业数字化、智能化已经成为必然的发展趋势。加快在役海洋石油平台智能化升级改造技术的研究,才能将智能化改造技术发展成为公司竞争的新优势。
With the high integration of new generation digital technology and manufacturing industry, the intelligent transformation and development of various fields and industries had achieved remarkable results. Some advanced intelligent technologies such as digitization, intelligence and automation were gradually becoming synonymous with modern intelligent transformation. Intelligent transformation technology was also gradually being applied in the field of oilfield chemical industry. There were some problems with the offshore oil platform in service, such as the design age was relatively old, the design means still remained in the two-dimensional stage,the lack of key common technologies for intelligent transformation, the weak foundation in terms of standards,software and information, the low maturity of intelligent transformation, and the insufficient supply capacity of overall intelligent transformation solutions. However, each owner enterprise had an urgent need for the intelligent transformation of the in-service platform, so the digitalization and intelligentization of the industry had become an inevitable development trend. Only by accelerating the research on the intelligent upgrading and transformation technology of the in-service offshore oil platform could the intelligent transformation technology be developed into a new competitive advantage of the company.
