摘要
以配水器为研究对象,通过手持式三坐标激光扫描仪采集配水器连接套和接头表面形貌信息,结合逆向建模法建立连接套和接头的三维实体模型,借助SolidWorks软件提取表面腐蚀缺陷数据,包括腐蚀缺陷、位置、几何尺寸等特征信息。结果表明:配水器连接套和接头腐蚀缺陷规则化表征后,可以提取腐蚀坑数据并计算腐蚀缺陷尺寸,腐蚀缺陷形态主要为球形坑;配水器表面整体存在均匀腐蚀,内壁以冲刷腐蚀为主,在出水口处尤为严重,外壁以点蚀为主。
In this paper,having the bridge type eccentric water distributor corroded taken as the research object and a hand-held three-dimensional laser scanner employed to collect surface morphology information of water distributor’s sleeve and joint were implemented.Through combined with reverse modeling method,a 3D solid model of the sleeve and joint was established and the surface corrosion defects were measured with SolidWorks software and the corrosion defects morphology and position were obtained.The results show that,the corrosion pit data can be extracted and the size of corrosion defects can be calculated after regularly characterizing corrosion defects of the connecting sleeve and joint of the water distributor.The corrosion defects are mainly spherical pits.The water distributor surface’s corrosion is uniform;the erosion corrosion becomes inner wall’s main corrosion type,especially at the outlet while pitting corrosion is the outer wall’s corrosion type.
