摘要
为探究轨道交通内饰用玻璃钢产品的VOC释放影响因素,采用质量法并结合车辆实际运用情况,通过实验,设计模拟烘烤温度、通风晾晒时间及厚度对FRP制品VOC散发情况的影响。实验结果表明,实际使用状态下,通风晾晒1个月后、65℃烘烤6 h是玻璃钢制品的后处理最佳工艺条件,为实现对FRP样品的环保管控提供参考。
In order to explore the influencing factors of VOC release of FRP products for rail transit interior decoration,the effects of baking temperature,ventilation and drying time and thickness on VOC emission of FRP products are designed by using the quality method and combined with the actual application of vehicles.The experimental results show that the best post-treatment conditions for FRP products are ventilation and drying for 1 month and baking at 65℃for 6 hours,which provides a reference for the environmental protection control of FRP samples.
