考虑内外壁腐蚀缺陷相互作用的油田注水管道失效压力评估 被引量:1

Failure Pressure Assessment for Oilfield Water Injection Pipeline Considering Interaction between Corrosion Defects in Internal and External Walls

摘要 采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,研究了胜利油田注水管道内外壁面腐蚀缺陷间相互作用及影响因素。通过对含有单点腐蚀缺陷管道失效压力的研究,确定了影响管道失效压力的特征尺寸,并对比分析了内、外腐蚀缺陷对管道失效压力的影响程度。在此基础上,研究内外缺陷共同存在情况下,腐蚀缺陷尺寸参数(相对深度、相对长度)与轴向间距变化对管道失效压力的影响规律,并结合5%相互作用规则求得内外腐蚀缺陷相互作用极限间距。结果表明:内腐蚀缺陷比外腐蚀缺陷对管道失效压力的影响更大;随着内外腐蚀缺陷轴向间距的增大,不同腐蚀缺陷深度、长度管道的失效压力均增大直至趋于定值;随着双腐蚀缺陷深度及长度的增大,内外腐蚀缺陷极限作用距离显著增大。内外腐蚀缺陷尺寸及间距是影响内外腐蚀缺陷间相互作用的重要因素。 Finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to study the interaction between corrosion defects in internal and external walls for the water injection pipeline in Shengli Oilfield and influencing factors. Through the study of the failure pressure of the pipeline with single corrosion defect, the characteristic dimensions affecting the pipeline failure pressure were determined, and the effects of internal and external corrosion defects on the pipeline failure pressure were analyzed in comparison. On this basis, in the case of co-existence of internal and external defects, the influence of corrosion defect size parameters(relative depth, relative length) and axial spacing on pipeline failure pressure was explored, and the interaction limit distance between internal and external corrosion defects was obtained in combination with 5% interaction rule. The results show that the internal corrosion defects had a greater influence on the failure pressure of pipelines. With the increase of the axial spacing between internal and external corrosion defects, the failure pressure of pipelines with different corrosion defect depth and length increased until it tended to a fixed value. With the increase of the depth and length of double corrosion defects, the interaction limit distance of internal and external corrosion defects increased significantly. The size and spacing of internal and external corrosion defects were important factors affecting the interaction between internal and external corrosion defects.
