摘要
研究了超重力环境下NaOH碱液对CO_(2)的脱除,重点考察了超重力反应器转速、操作压力、碱液质量分数和碱液进料量等因素对CO_(2)脱除效果的影响规律。结果表明:CO_(2)的脱除率随着超重力反应器转速、操作压力、碱液质量分数和碱液进料量的增加而增加,最高可达到95%以上。在进口气量2 L·min^(-1)、CO_(2)入口体积分数20%的条件下,比较适宜的工艺操作条件为:超重力反应器转速600~800 r·min^(-1),操作压力2.0 MPa,碱液质量分数5%,碱液进料量0.2 L·min^(-1)。
The removal of CO_(2) by NaOH alkaline solution under high gravity environment was studied,the influence of the speed of the high gravity equipment,operating pressure,mass fraction and feed rate of alkaline solution on the CO_(2)removal effect was investigated.The research results showed that when the speed of the high gravity equipment,operating pressure,alkaline solution concentration and feed volume increased,the removal rate of CO_(2) showed an increasing trend,and the highest removal rate was more than 95%,but the increasing trend gradually decreased.According to the experimental results,the optimum operating conditions were determined as follows:high gravity speed 600~800 r·min^(-1),operating pressure 2.0 MPa,alkaline solution mass fraction 5%,alkaline solution feed rate0.2 L·min^(-1).
