摘要
缺血性脑卒中(IS)是我国最大疾病负担,急性期的治疗至关重要。针刺治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)疗效肯定,在急性期及时介入针刺治疗有益于AIS患者预后。针刺治疗AIS的潜在机制包括调节自主神经、促进信号传递、激活抗炎通路。现基于肠-脑轴总结AIS与肠道菌群的双向关系旨在提供相关研究思路和临床治疗依据。
Ischemic stroke(IS)is the biggest burden of a disease in our country,and its treatment during acute period is very imporant.Acupuneture has definite efficacy on treating the patients with acute ischemie stroke(AIS).and the timely intervention of acupuncture during this stage is beneficial to the prognosis of the AIS patients.From the medicine point of view,the potential mechanisms of using acupuncture for treatment of AIS include regulating autonomic nerves,promoting signal transmission,and activating anti-inflammatory pathways.The bidirectional interaction between acute ischemic stroke and intestinal bacterial fora based on the gut-brain axis were summarized.aiming at providing related acupuneture research ideas and elinical therapeutic basis.
