摘要
目的发明一种装置用于连接COOK一次性活检钳使其转变为热活检钳,评价其在大肠息肉内镜治疗中的应用价值。方法发明新装置连接COOK一次性活检钳,应用于大肠息肉的治疗,与成品一次性热活检钳和电圈套器做对比,评价实际效果。结果3种器械的治疗方法在并发症方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3种器械每枚息肉处理时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),新装置和热活检钳比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.017),新装置和热活检钳每枚息肉处理时间少于电圈套器,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组的治疗相关费用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),新装置费用最低,比热活检钳平均减少1472.9~2089.3元,比电圈套器平均减少329.7~520.9元。结论新装置连接COOK一次性活检钳后,其物理性能、治疗效果和每枚息肉所耗时间都不劣于成品一次性使用热活检钳,比电圈套器的电灼更节省时间,治疗费用比热活检钳和电圈套器低,有较大的实际意义。
Objective To invente a divice by connecting biopsy forceps transforms itself into thermal biopsy forceps,and evaluate the value in the treatment in small colonic polyp.Methods The new device connecting COOK disposable biopsy forceps was chosed,while the new device and the electronic snare were applied to the treatment of small colonic polyp and eventually evaluate their actual effect.Results There was no statistic difference in complication during therapy among three devices(P>0.05).There was statistic difference in operating time of every polyp among three devices(P<0.01),while no statistic difference was found between new divice and thermal biopsy forceps(P>0.017),which operating time were both less than eletronic snare(P<0.01).There was statistic difference in treatment expense among three groups.The expense of the new device was lowest,averagely spending less 1472.9-2089.3 yuan than connecting COOK disposable biopsy forceps and spending less,and 329.7-520.9 yuan than electronic snare.Conclusion After connecting COOK disposable biopsy forceps the physics performance,treatment effect and operating time of every polyp of the new device itself is not inferior to the thermal biopsy forceps,and it saves more time than electronic snare and spend less money than both thermal biopsy forceps and eletronic snare,which has practical significance and worth promoting.
