摘要
HXD3型机车的辅助机组是机车重要的通风设备。由于初期检修能力的不足,2019年至今共出现了23次售后问题,包括异音或轴承固死等,给机车的检修质量和检修进度造成了很大的影响。为避免后续出现相同问题,组织技术人员和作业人员按照HXD3型牵引风机的检修作业流程,结合检修规程及工艺,梳理了牵引风机在检修中重要的质量项点。经现场作业人员实践后,有效减少了牵引风机的售后问题,可为其他检修人员提供参考。
The auxiliary unit of the HXD3 locomotive is an important ventilation device for the locomotive.Due to the lack of initial maintenance capabilities,a total of 23 after-sales problems have occurred since 2019,including abnormal noise or bearing solidification,which has greatly affected the quality and schedule of locomotive maintenance.In order to avoid the same problems in the follow-up,organized technical personnel and operators to follow the maintenance procedures of the HXD3 traction fan,combined with the maintenance procedures and processes,sorted out the important quality items in the maintenance of the traction fan.After practice by field operators,the after-sales problems of the traction fan are effectively reduced,it provides a reference for other maintenance persons.
