摘要 研究了柴油发电机组轴系扭转振动的基本理论及其特性,分别采用霍尔茨法、解析法对自由振动和强迫振动进行计算。编制了基于VB6.0的柴油发电机组轴系扭振计算分析软件,该软件可对计算模型中总质量数不超过100、带有弹性联轴器和减震器及发电机的复杂轴系进行自由振动和强迫振动计算,并给出了应用实例。结果表明,所研制的软件界面友好、功能强大、操作简便,具有较高的工程应用价值。 The basic theory and characteristics of the torsional vibration of the diesel generator sat shaft were studied. The calculation of free vibration and forced vibration by Holzer method and analytical method were determined. Software for calculation and analysis of torsional vibration of diesel generator set shaft system based on VB6.0 was compiled. The software can perform calculations on complex shafting systems with elastic couplings, shock absorbers and generators with a total mass of no more than 100 in the calculation model free vibration and forced vibration calculation, and application exampleis were given. The results show that the developed software has a friendly interface, powerful functions, simple operation and high engineering application value.
