基于爆炸螺栓开盖的箱盖运动学分析及试验

摘要 针对发射箱箱盖可靠快速开启、安全分离、落点可控的设计要求,提出了一种利用爆炸螺栓开启分离箱盖的方案。在此基础上,结合各部件在分离过程中的受力特性,对箱盖的分离轨迹和受力情况进行模拟,对影响箱盖抛落距离的爆炸螺栓冲量进行参数化处理,通过ADAMS软件对5.0~7.0 N·s范围内的冲量变化进行连续求解,获得满足可靠安全分离判据的结果为6.0 N·s。最后设计并搭建了开盖试验平台,利用高速相机进行开盖过程拍摄,所得试验结果验证了该方案的可行性和模拟分析的合理性,为实际工程应用奠定基础。 To meet the requirements of reliable and rapid opening, safe separation and controllable position of launch box lid, a scheme of opening and separating box lid with explosive bolt was put forward. On this basis, combined with the force characteristics of each component in the separation process, the separation trajectory and force of the lid were simulated. The impulse of explosive bolt which affects the dropping distance of the cover was parameterized. The impulse variation in the range of 5.0~7.0 N·s was solved continuously by ADAMS, and the result satisfying the reliable and safe separation criterion was 6.0 N·s. Finally, the experiment platform was designed and built, and the high-speed camera was used to shoot the opening process. The experiment results verify the feasibility of the scheme and the rationality of the simulation analysis, which provides basis for the practical engineering application.
