摘要
高校依法治校是依法治国方略在高等教育领域的具体体现。概述了高校依法治校的重要意义,阐析了高校依法治校的内涵,明确了高校依治校工作的任务和目标,提出了高校依法治校的具体路径:明确依法治校的本质要求,贯彻落实党委领导下的校长负责制;明确依法治校理念,完善管理模式;建立大学章程制度体系,落实立德树人根本任务;加强宣传教育,提升师生法治观念和法律意识;推行校务公开,依法保护师生的合法权益;追溯依法治校根源,全面落实依法治校。
Running a college according to law is the embodiment of the strategy of rule of law in the field of higher education.This paper summarizes the significance of the rule of law in colleges and universities,analyzes the connotation of the rule of law in colleges and universities,clarifies the tasks and targets of the rule of law in colleges and universities,and puts forward the specific paths of the rule of law in colleges and universities.They are:clarifying the essential requirements of the rule of law;implementing the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee;making the concept of the rule of law clear;improving the management mode;establishing the system of university statutes;implementing the fundamental task of moral education;strengthening publicity and education;improving the legal concept and consciousness of teachers and students;promoting the openness of school affairs;protecting the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students;tracing the root causes of the rule of law;and comprehensively implementing the rule of law in colleges and universities.
