摘要
针对传统的利用CT技术获取的二维图像存在分辨率不足、受噪声和伪影的干扰严重、不能进行精准分割等缺点,提出了一种基于连续二维剖面图像重建透水混凝土三维模型的方法。使用PLC微电脑控制系统精确控制的混凝土自动剖面磨削机对透水混凝土试块进行分层打磨以获取连续的序列剖面图像,利用三维图像处理软件MIMICS对原始图像进行预处理,采用基于体素的方法建立了3组透水混凝土真实细观结构的三维模型。在此基础上,使用MIMICS软件的虚拟测量功能对孔隙模型的有效孔隙体积进行了统计,同时与浮重法测得的有效孔隙率进行了比较。结果表明,模拟测得的有效孔隙率比浮重法测得的结果偏大,相对误差率为3.48%,进一步证明了本方法的重建模型的准确性。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional 2-D images obtained by CT technology,such as the lack of resolution,serious interference from noise and artifacts,and the inability to carry out accurate segmentation,a new technique based on continuous 2-D profile image is proposed to reconstruct the 3-D model of permeable concrete.Microcomputer control system using PLC automatic profile grinding machine for precise control of concrete permeable concrete layering block with grinding in order to get the continuous profile sequence,the original image by using 3-D image processing software MIMICS the original image preprocessing,3 groups is set up based on voxel method permeable concrete mesoscopic structure of the real 3-D model.On this basis,the virtual measurement function of MIMICS software was used to calculate the effective pore volume of the pore model,and the effective porosity was compared with that measured by the floating weight method.The results show that the effective porosity measured by the simulation method is larger than that measured by the floating weight method,and the relative error rate is 3.48%,which further proves the accuracy of the reconstruction model by this method.
