摘要
针对市面上现有溺水自救手环在发生溺水后不易操作,气囊充气不稳定等缺陷,研究一种模拟汽车安全气囊的气体发生装置为气囊充气的办法。当检测人体生命体征发生异常时,点火线圈升温引起气体发生剂发生化学反应产生二氧化碳和氮气使得气囊迅速膨胀。对整个气囊系统进行架构,并选择聚酯和聚酰胺复合纤维作为气囊织物原料,设计了拐杖形气囊增加溺水者自救概率。
In view of the defects of the existing drowning self rescue Bracelet in the market,such as difficult operation after drowning and unstable airbag inflation,this paper studies a method of inflating the airbag with a gas generator simulating the automobile airbag.When the detection of human vital signs is abnormal,the temperature rise of the ignition coil causes the chemical reaction of the gas generator to produce carbon dioxide and nitrogen,which makes the airbag expand rapidly.The whole airbag system is structured,and polyester and polyamide composite fibers are selected as airbag fabric raw materials.A crutch shaped airbag is designed to increase the self rescue probability of drowning people.
