摘要
三阴性乳腺癌(triple-negative breast cancer, TNBC)是一类特殊的乳腺恶性肿瘤亚型,相较于其他分子亚型的乳腺癌,复发率高、生存率低、预后效果差。目前,缺乏靶向治疗和化疗耐药性是TNBC临床治疗的主要障碍,也是其患者复发率高、预后差的重要原因。近年研究显示,长链非编码RNA的异常表达在包括TNBC在内的多种恶性肿瘤的进展中发挥着关键作用,其作为生物标志物及化疗耐药性的预测因子是近年来的研究热点。本文就近年来TNBC中相关长链非编码RNA的研究进展作一综述。
Triple negative breast cancer(TNBC) is a special subtype of breast cancer. Compared with other molecular subtypes, TNBC has higher recurrence rate, lower survival rate and poor prognosis. At present, the lack of targeted therapy and chemoresistance is the main obstacle to TNBC clinical treatment, and also an important reason for the high recurrence rate and poor prognosis of the patients. Recent studies have shown that abnormal expression of long non-coding RNA plays a key role in the progress of various malignant tumors,including TNBC. As a biomarker and predictor of chemoresistance, long non-coding RNA has become a hot research topic in recent years. This paper reviews the research progress of long non-coding RNA in TNBC.
