摘要
白癜风(vitiligo)是一种获得性慢性皮肤黏膜色素脱失性疾病,发病机制复杂,患者需接受长期治疗。天然药用产物(natural heallth products,NHPs)因其相对安全,并具有多种生物活性,近年来得到广泛关注。目前,草药、营养剂、氨基酸及脂肪酸类NHP在抗白癜风研究方面有一定新进展,并结合现代医学进行了发病机制的研究。本文将结合近年来NHP在抗白癜风方面的相关研究作一综述,旨在为临床诊治提供参考。
Vitiligo is an acquired chronic depigmentation disease of skin and mucosa with complex pathogenesis requiring long-term treatment.Natural health products(NHPs)have attracted extensive attention in recent years because of their relative safety and various biological activities.At present,the research on the treatment of vitiligo of herbal medicine,nutrition,amino acids and fatty acids has made some new progress,and the pathogenesis has been studied combined with modern medicine.This paper reviewed the related research of NHPs in treatment of vitiligo in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
