摘要
为了能对单向拉伸PVC膜(SOPVC膜)专用树脂进行性能评价,研究了SOPVC膜的加工工艺和配方。结果表明适宜的SOPVC膜加工工艺如下:流延挤出机螺筒各区温度依次为180、200、200、195、185℃,合流段温度为180℃,机头各区温度均为220℃,螺杆转速为120 r/min。SOPVC膜的配方如下:PVC树脂,100份;有机锡热稳定剂TM-181FS,3.5份;环氧大豆油,0.5份;亚磷酸酯,0.2份;DOP,4.0份;加工改性剂,2.0份;增韧剂B,4.0份;内润滑剂ZB-60,1.5份;外润滑剂ZB-74,1.0份。
In order to evaluate the property of special resin for single-axis orientated PVC film(SOPVC film),the processing technology and formula of SOPVC film were studied.The results showed that the suitable processing technology of SOPVC film was as follows:the temperature of different areas of the screw barrel of the casting extruder was 180,200,200,195 and 185℃;the temperature of the confluence section was 180℃;the temperature of each area of the die was 220℃;the screw speed was 120 r/min.The formula of SOPVC film was as follows:PVC resin,100;organotin heat stabilizer TM-181 FS,3.5;epoxy soybean oil,0.5;phosphite,0.2;DOP,4.0;processing modifier,2.0;toughening agent B,4.0;internal lubricant ZB-60,1.5;external lubricant ZB-74,1.0 phr.
