摘要
目的探索中药联合激光坐浴在痔术后应用的疗效。方法研究选取医院收治的68例混合痔手术患者,其中试验组以及对照组各34例,对照组患者采用的治疗方式为中药传统坐浴,试验组患者采用的治疗方式为中药联合激光坐浴,在经过治疗后第7天、第14天、第21天以及第28天对肛门疼痛情况以及肛门坠胀进行评分,比较两组肛门疼痛以及肛门坠胀差异;统计两组平均愈合时间和住院时间、问询患者对术后治疗的满意度,观察比较中药激光坐浴与中药传统坐浴在防治痔术后疗效。结果根据疗效观察统计结果显示,在干预后的7 d、14 d以及21 d,试验组肛门疼痛情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);但在干预后的28 d,两组肛门疼痛无显著性差异(P>0.05);在干预后7 d和14 d,试验组肛门坠胀评分优于对照组(P<0.05),但在干预后21 d和28 d,两组肛门坠胀无显著性差异(P>0.05);试验组平均愈合时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的创面水肿评分比较无显著性意义(P>0.05),但在治疗第7天,试验组相比于对照组的创面水肿评分显著降低(P<0.05)。结论中药激光坐浴相较于中药传统坐浴能有效的减缓痔术后出现的肛门疼痛,显著减少患者愈合时间和住院时间,缓解术区水肿,但在防治痔术后肛门坠胀方面的疗效持续时间较短。通过研究可以明显看出中药激光坐浴方法可以加快痔术后恢复,为痔术后患者提供安全有效且舒适的方法,在临床上具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser sitz bath in the application of hemorrhoid surgery.Methods This study selected 68 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery admitted to our hospital,of which 34 were in the experimental group and the control group.The treatment method of the control group was traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment method of the experimental group was traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser.Sit bath,on the 7 th,14 th,21 st and 28 th day after treatment,score the anal pain and anal swelling,compare the differences in anal pain and anal swelling between the two groups;calculate the average healing time of the two groups with the length of stay and the satisfaction of patients with postoperative treatment,observe and compare the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine laser sitz bath and traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath in preventing and treating hemorrhoids after hemorrhoid surgery.Results According to the statistical results of the efficacy observation,the anal pain of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group on 7 d,14 d and 21 d after the intervention(P<0.05);but on 28 d after the intervention,there was no significant difference in anal pain between the two groups(P>0.05);on 7 d and 14 d after the intervention,the test group’s anal swelling score was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),but after the intervention 21 d and 28 d,there was no significant difference in anal swelling between the two groups(P>0.05);the average healing time and hospital stay of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of the wound edema scores of the two groups before treatment was not significant(P>0.05),but on the 7 th day of treatment,the wound edema score of the experimental group w
