摘要
奥运遗产是奥林匹克运动会研究中的热点。国际奥委会于2018年发布的《遗产战略方针》是北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会界定、治理和评估奥运遗产的主要框架。基于《遗产战略方针》的主要框架,运用文献研究法,分析与奥运遗产相关的文献,从奥运遗产的概念辨析、奥运遗产规划、奥运遗产治理、奥运遗产评估方面梳理近10年奥运遗产的研究热点,对奥运遗产的研究趋向进行了前瞻性分析。最后,为北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会遗产治理与评估提出相关建议:1)进一步细化北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会遗产计划,并进一步增强遗产工作能见度;2)建议从3个层面评估北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会遗产。
Olympic legacy is a hot topic in Olympic research.The IOC’s Legacy Strategic Guidelines,released in 2018,are the main framework for defining,governing and evaluating the Olympic legacy of Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.Based on the framework of legacy strategy,through the analysis of literature related to Olympic legacy,this paper discusses the research hotspots of Olympic legacy in the past 10 years from the concept discrimination,planning,governance and evaluation of Olympic legacy.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and the current situation of international Olympic Games reform,the trend of Olympic legacy research is prospectively analysed.The main purpose is to provide suggestions for the governance and evaluation of the legacy of the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and the Olympic legacy research:1)Further refine the heritage plan of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games to further enhance the visibility of heritage work;2)It is suggested to evaluate the heritage of Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games from three levels.
