摘要
针对新一代电能表通过蓝牙进行表后开关费控的需求,综合分析了基于蓝牙技术的现有研究和应用。提出了蓝牙智能微型断路器的总体设计方案,对各功能模块的主要作用进行了规定。为实现蓝牙电能表与所属蓝牙微型断路器之间的精准配对,提出了基于电流指纹技术的精准配对方法,给出了电流指纹特征,设计了电流指纹模块及特征码编码方式。提出了配对模块与蓝牙模块、计量芯片之间的信息交换设计方法,设计了基于霍尔传感器的开关触头位置监测电路。对电能表用蓝牙微型断路器的自动配对原理及流程进行了设计,实现了蓝牙电能表与蓝牙微型断路器之间的精准配对。
Aiming at the demand of the new generation electric energy meter to control the electricity through bluetooth,the existing research and application based on bluetooth technology are comprehensively analyzed.The overall design scheme of the bluetooth smart miniature circuit breaker is proposed,and the main functions of each functional module are specified.In order to realize the accurate pairing between the bluetooth electric energy meter and the associated bluetooth circuit breaker,an accurate pairing method based on current fingerprint technology is proposed,the current fingerprint characteristics are given,and the current fingerprint module and characteristic code encoding method are designed.A design method for information exchange between the pairing module,the bluetooth module and the metering chip is proposed,and the switch contact position monitoring circuit based on the Hall sensor is designed.The paper designed the automatic pairing principle and process of the bluetooth miniature circuit breaker for the electric energy meter,and realized the accurate pairing between the bluetooth electric energy meter and the bluetooth circuit breaker.
