摘要
牛奶蛋白过敏是儿童期常见的可累及胃肠道、呼吸道等多器官系统的过敏性疾病。随着人们对牛奶蛋白过敏的认识不断深入,其治疗方式亦趋多样化。本文追踪国内外相关研究进展,对牛奶蛋白过敏的发病机制及目前鼠李糖乳杆菌GG治疗牛奶蛋白过敏的临床研究进展进行综述,介绍儿童牛奶蛋白过敏治疗新方式。
Cow's milk protein allergy is a common allergic disease in childhood,which can affect multiple organ systems such as gastrointestinal tract and respiratory tract.With a deeper understanding,the treatment of cow's milk protein allergy has become more diversified.Based on the relevant research progress at home and abroad,this article reviews the studies on the pathogenesis of cow's milk protein allergy and the clinical research progress of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG in the treatment of cow's milk protein allergy,and introduces new treatment methods of cow's milk protein allergy in children.
