摘要
目的调查分析广州疫情封控区域内高三学生的心理弹性及影响因素。方法用方便抽样法抽取广州市荔湾区6所学校内高三学生1163名,于2021年6月3日通过下发纸质问卷进行方便抽样问卷调查。采用自制的一般资料表、心理弹性量表。结果共发放1163份问卷,回收1163份,有效1150份,有效率为98.9%。其中男生565人(49.1%),女生585人(50.9%)。年龄主要集中在18岁,共840人(73.0%)。92.4%的学生认为新型冠状病毒肺炎对他们高考有影响。男生坚韧性评分、力量性评分、乐观性评分、心理弹性总分均高于女生,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。担任班干部学生的坚韧性得分、力量性得分、心理弹性总分均优于未担任班干部学生,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论性别、是否担任班干部对高三学生的心理弹性有不同的影响,为学校制定应对突发事件的不同措施提供一定的依据,为家长和学校对学生的教育和心理健康培养提供参考依据。
Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological resilience and influencing factors of students of grade three in high school in Guangzhou epidemic control area.Methods A total of 1163 students of grade three in high school from 6 schools in Liwan District of Guangzhouwere selected by the convenience samplingmethod.On June 3,2021,a convenient sampling questionnaire surveywas conducted by issuing paper questionnaires.A self-made general information table and a psychological resilience scalewere used.Results Atotal of 1163 questionnaires were sent out,1163 were returned,and 1150 were effective,with an effective rate of 98.9%.There were 565 boys(49.1%)and 585 girls(50.9%);most of them were 18 years old,accounting for 73.0%;92.4%of students thought COVID-19 had an impact on their college entrance examination.The scores of tenacity,strength,and optimism and the total score of psychological resilience of male students were higher than those of female students,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.01).The scores of tenacity and strength and the total score of psychological resilience of students who were class cadres were better than those of students who were not class cadres,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusions Different genders and class leaders have different effects on the psychological resilience of students of grade three in high school,which provides a certain basis for schools to formulate different measures to deal with emergencies,and provides a reference for parents and schools to educate students and cultivate their mental health.
