摘要
目的分析韶关市瑶族聚居居民的死亡病例监测结果,为更好地服务于韶关市的疾病预防政策提供基础。方法用Excel 2016和SPSS 18.0统计软件对韶关市武江区、乳源瑶族自治县(乳源县)2014—2017年死亡居民(男性6071例、女性3748例,平均年龄69.34岁)数据进行整理和统计分析。结果循环系统疾病是韶关市乳源瑶族居民的首位死因[35.86%(142/396)],肿瘤位列死因第二[26.26%(104/396)],位列第三的是疾病和死亡的外因[11.62%(46/396)]、位列第四的是呼吸系统疾病[6.57%(26/396)]。结论乳源县瑶族排前四位的死因中三项是慢性疾病。
Objective To analyze the surveillance results of death cases of Yao ethnic residents in Shaoguan City,so as to provide a basis for better serving the disease prevention policies of Shaoguan City.Methods The data of dead residents in Wujiang District and Ruyuan County of Shaoguan City from 2014 to 2017 were sorted and statistically analyzed by Excel 2016 and SPSS 18.0 statistical software,including 6071 males and 3748 females,with an average age of 69.34 years old.Results Circulatory system diseases ranked the first in the death causes of Ruyuan Yao ethnic residents in Shaoguan City[35.86%(142/396)],tumors ranked the second[26.26%(104/396)],external causes of disease and death ranked the third[11.62%(46/396)],and respiratory diseases ranked the fourth[6.57%(26/396)].Conclusion Three of the top four causes of death among the Yao ethnic residents in Ruyuan County are chronic diseases.
