摘要
各类燃料油产生的硫氧化物会对环境产生污染问题,因此需要采用高效技术对燃料油实现深度脱硫。萃取催化氧化脱硫技术是脱硫加氢处理工艺中最高效的方法之一,寻找新型高效氧化催化材料可大幅度提高其应用效果。通过将夹心型[Sm(PMo_(11)O_(39))_(2)]^(11)-阴离子固定在预先用三甲基铵基团官能化的大孔二氧化硅球上,制备了一种新型复合材料,合成的复合材料在以H_(2)O_(2)为氧化剂的1∶1柴油/萃取溶剂(体积比)两相脱硫体系中可作为非均相催化剂,采用不同的萃取溶剂、乙腈和[BMIM]PF_(6)离子液体进行了初步实验,能够有效地去除柴油中的硫化物。研究结果可为萃取催化氧化脱硫技术的推广应用提供依据,可实现柴油的深度脱硫。
The sulfur oxides produced by various fuel oils will pollute the environment,so it is necessary to adopt the efficient technology to realize deep desulfurization of fuel oil.The extraction catalytic oxidation desulfurization technology is one of the most efficient methods for the desulfurization and hydrotreating process.The new high-efficiency oxidation catalytic materials can greatly improve its application effect.A novel composite was prepared by immobilizing sandwich[Sm(PMo_(11) O_(39))_(2)]^(11)-anion on macroporous silica spheres functionalized with trimethylammonium groups.The composite can be used as heterogeneous catalyst in 1∶1 diesel/extraction solvent two-phase desulfurization system with H_(2)O_(2)as the oxidant.Preliminary experiments were carried out with different extraction solvents,acetonitrile and[BMIM]PF_(6) ionic liquid,which can effectively remove the sulfide from the diesel oil.The research results can provide a basis for the popularization and application of extraction catalytic oxidation desulfurization technology,and the deep desulfurization of diesel oil can be realized.
