摘要
结合数控设备的加工特性以及高效生产加工理念,对比试验2种数控钻孔及坡口加工成型刀具。第1种方案采用整体式复合钻头,方案中的钻头1种规格只能对应加工1种规格尺寸的管孔及坡口,所加工出的集箱管孔及坡口尺寸精度、管孔内壁表面粗糙度等级比较好。第2种方案采用分部复合加工方法:由钻头+模块化坡口刮刀复合加工而成。根据产品集箱管孔及坡口特征,在加工顺序上将孔加工(钻头)与坡口加工刀具分离设计,通过更换不同尺寸的非标小刀夹用于加工不同管孔尺寸的管接头坡口。
In this paper,combined with the processing characteristics of CNC equipment and the concept of efficient production and processing,two kinds of NC drilling and groove forming tools are compared and tested.In the first scheme,the integral composite bit is used,and one bit can only process the pipe hole and groove of one size.But the dimension precision of header pipe hole and groove,and the roughness grade of inner wall of pipe hole are better.The second scheme adopts the method of composite processing by parts,which is composed of drill bit and modular groove scraper.According to the characteristics of the pipe hole and groove of the product header,the hole processing(drill)and groove processing tool are separated and designed in the processing sequence,and the non-standard small tool holders of different sizes are replaced to process the pipe joint groove of different pipe hole sizes.
