摘要
江西义宁陈氏作为近代文化名族,具有独特的典型意义。其家族成名并非通过传统的科第人文途径,而是借由实干经世实现阶级跃升。相较于顽固守旧的文化势力,陈氏是具有维新意识的;相较于激进革命派,陈氏则表现出保守性的钝感力,这主要源于以斯文为己任的身份认知。陈氏中人的创作大多被纳入同光体群体创作中进行讨论,此群体在晚清至民国初期被视为文化保守主义的代表。而在激烈的新旧对蹠中,陈氏一门坚守风雅,创作上表现出传统的群体性的家国忧患与风雅焦虑,又为文化转型发展提供了可能的方向:以坚守精神信仰、关怀家国忧患为基础,坚持个体的独立自由,将传统文化的底蕴转化为突破发展的力量,持旧求新以图固本流远。
As a well-known cultural family in the modern times,the Chen family in Yining,Jiangxi had unique and typical significance.The fame of this family was not gained through the traditional imperial examinations,but through hard work and practical work to achieve a class leap.Compared with the stubborn and conservative cultural forces,the Chen family had a sense of reform;compared with the radical revolutionaries,the Chen family showed conservative and insensitive power,which was mainly derived from the recognition of the identity-the guardian of the traditional culture.Most of Chen’s works were included in the works of the Tongguangti group for discussion.This group was regarded as a representative of cultural conservatism from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China.In the confrontation between the old culture and the new ideas,the Chen family insisted on literary pursuits,whose works showed the traditional collective worries about the country and the anxiety of literary pursuits,and also provided a possible direction for the development of cultural transformation,on the basis of upholding spiritual beliefs and caring for the country’s fate.We should adhere to individual independence and freedom,transform the confidence of traditional culture into the power to make breakthroughs in development.Only by persisting in the old culture and seeking the new change,can we consolidate our roots.
