摘要
介绍了内部热耦合、双塔热耦合、多塔热耦合、非清晰分割精馏和组合式多塔热耦合等节能技术在甲基氯硅烷精馏中的应用,其中采用非清晰分割技术将二元塔分为高低压塔,产生不同能级差,与相关塔器组合形成多效精馏,将能级实现多次利用,对甲基氯硅烷精馏具有较好节能效果。
This paper introduces the application of internal thermal coupling,two-tower thermal coupling,multi-tower thermal coupling,non-clear division distillation and combined multi-tower thermal coupling in methyl chlorosilane distillation.The binary column is divided into high and low pressure columns by using the non-clear segmentation technology,which produces different energy level differences,and is combined with the related column to form multi-effect distillation.The energy level can be utilized multiple times,which has a good energy saving effect on methyl chlorosilane distillation.
