α-单月桂酸甘油酯在育肥猪上应用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究饲粮中添加α-单月桂酸甘油酯(α-GML)对育肥猪的生产性能、表观消化率及血清生化和免疫指标的影响,本试验选择健康、体重相近(92.00±2.00 kg)的杜×长×大三元杂交阉公猪36头,随机分为两组,即对照组(饲喂基础日粮)和试验组(在基础日粮中添加1 kg·t^(-1)α-GML),饲喂44 d后分析育肥猪相关指标的变化。结果表明:与对照组相比较,在饲粮中添加1 kg·t^(-1)α-GML育肥猪生长性能指标变化不显著(P>0.05);育肥猪粗蛋白、钙和总磷的表观消化率分别显著提高了3.11,8.47,18.79百分点(P<0.05);育肥猪血清碱性磷酸酶活力显著提高了15.47%(P<0.05);育肥猪血清中IFN-γ、IL-10和IL-4浓度显著提高了77.76%,106.60%,42.48%(P<0.05)。综合而言,α-GML的应用有助于提高育肥猪对蛋白质、钙、磷的表观消化率及免疫性能。 In order to study the effects of addingα-Glycerylmonolaurate(α-GML)to diet on growth performance,apparent digestibility,and serum biochemical and immune indices of finishing pigs,the experiment selected 36 healthy Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire castrated boars with similar body weight(92.00±2.00 kg),divided into two groups randomly,namely control group(feeding basal diet)and experimental group(adding1 kg·t^(-1)α-GML to the basal diet),then analyzed the changes of relevant indexes of finishing pigs after 44 d.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the growth performance of finishing pigs between the control group and experimental group(P>0.05).However,compared with the control group,the apparent digestion rate of crude protein,calcium and total phosphorus in finishing pigs of experimental group were significantly increased by 3.11,8.47 and 18.79 percentage points(P<0.05)respectively,the serum alkaline phosphatase activity was significantly increased by 15.47%(P<0.05),and the concentrations of serum IFN-γ,IL-10 and IL-4 in fattening pigs significantly increased by 77.76%,106.60%,and 42.48%(P<0.05)respectively.Comprehensively,the application ofα-GML could improve the apparent digestion of protein,calcium and phosphorus and immune performance in finishing pigs.
