摘要
探究补中益气汤治疗老年气虚型便秘的临床疗效。将96例老年气虚型便秘患者采取随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例,对照组采用枸橼酸莫沙必利片进行治疗,治疗组采用补中益气汤加减进行治疗,均以21天为1个疗程,对两组患者便秘临床症状、中医症状、临床疗效进行比较。治疗组患者治疗后便秘临床症状各维度积分与症状总分水平组间比较显著低于对照组;中医症状各维度积分与总积分水平组间比较显著低于对照组;治疗组总有效率为93.8%,相较于对照组的79.2%而言,存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。对老年气虚型便秘患者,采用补中益气汤加减治疗,疗效确切,具有在临床进一步推广的价值。
To explore the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on senile Qi deficiency type of constipation,96 elderly patients with Qi deficiency type of constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.Both groups took 21 days as a course of treatment.The clinical symptoms of constipation,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptoms and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.The scores of clinical symptoms of constipation in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group.The scores of TCM symptoms in different dimensions and total scores were significantly lower than those in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.8%,compared with79.2%in the control group,and there is a significant difference with statistical significance(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.For senile patients with Qi deficiency type of constipation,the treatment of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is very effective and has the value of further promotion in clinic.
