摘要
在一款搭载了双VVT发动机的车型开发过程中,发现了催化器温度较高的现象。因此对低转速高负荷工况下的VVT进行扫点优化。试验结果表明,VVT对催化器温度有较明显的影响,优化后催化器温度有所下降。同时,VVT开度对动力性影响不大。另外,VVT对发动机的爆震倾向有影响,当爆震倾向增加时,发动机催化器温度与动力性表现均恶化。相反,如果能使点火角更提前,能够优化发动机的表现。
When development of a model equipped with dual VVT engines,a higher temperature of the catalyst was discovered.Therefore,the VVT is optimized under low speed and high load conditions.The test results show that VVT has an obviously effect on the exhaust temperature,and the temperature has decreased after optimization.At the same time,the VVT opening has little effect on the power.In addition,VVT has an effect on the knock tendency of the engine.When the knock tendency increases,the exhaust temperature and power performance of the engine are deteriorated.On the contrary,if the ignition angle can be advanced,the performance of the engine can be better.
