摘要
牛磺熊去氧胆酸是胆酸类药物,在治疗胆固醇等疾病中具有显著疗效。以鹅去氧胆酸为起始原料,经过氧化和还原反应,形成熊去氧胆酸,再经过混合酸酐法形成牛磺熊去氧胆酸粗品,丙酮和水重结晶得到高纯度的牛磺熊去氧胆酸,总产率达到68.75%。合成产物经核磁共振(^(1)H NMR)和质谱(MS)结构确证。该工艺操作简单,产率较高,适合工业化发展。
Tauroursodeoxycholic acid is a kind of bile acid drugs,and has a significant effect on the treatment of high cholesterol and other diseases.With chenodeoxycholic acid as the starting material,ursodeoxycholic acid is formed through oxidation and reduction reactions,and crude tauroursodeoxycholic acid is formed through the mixed acid anhydride method.High-purity tauroursodeoxycholic acid is obtained by recrystallization from acetone and water,with a total yield of 68.75%.The synthesized product was confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H NMR)and mass spectrometry(MS).The process has simple operation and high yield,and is suitable for industrial development.
