摘要
选取四种粒径的重质碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))(GY–216,GY–316,GY–616,CC–6000)填充改性氢化苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性弹性体,测试了SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体的拉伸性能、密度、邵氏A硬度、熔体流动速率和耐磨性能,分析了重质CaCO_(3)颗粒在SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体中的分散情况。结果表明,在相同填充量条件下,重质CaCO_(3)粒径越小,SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体的拉伸性能总体越大,邵氏A硬度越大,密度、熔体流动速率(MFR)和磨耗量越小;随着重质CaCO_(3)填充量的增加,SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体的拉伸性能和MFR均呈先增大后减小的趋势,密度、邵氏A硬度和磨耗量增大。当重质CaCO_(3)质量分数为20%时,填充CC–6000的SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体综合性能最好,拉伸强度为10.67 MPa,断裂伸长率为453.5%,密度为1.000 g/cm^(3),MFR为13.24 g/(10 min),邵氏A硬度为84.9,磨耗量为202.56 mm^(3)。扫描电子显微镜观察结果表明,四种粒径的重质CaCO_(3)在SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体中分布均匀,并被包裹在SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体基体中,形成了牢固的界面,提升SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体的拉伸性能。
Ground calcium carbonate with four different particle sizes(GY–216,GY–316,GY–616,CC–6000)were used to fill and modify hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer/polypropylene(SEBS/PP)thermoplastic elastomer.The tensile property,density,Shore A hardness,melt flow rate(MFR)and wear resistance of SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer were tested,the dispersion of ground calcium carbonate particles in SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer was analyzed.The results show that under the same loading condition,the smaller the ground calcium carbonate particles,the larger the overall tensile property,the greater the Shore A hardness,and the smaller the density,the MFR and the wear amount of SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer.With the increase of additive amount of heavy calcium carbonate,the tensile property and MFR of SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer first increase and then decrease,and the density,Shore A hardness and wear amount increase.When the additive mass fraction of ground calcium carbonate is 20%,the comprehensive performance of SEBE/PP thermoplastic elastomer filled with CC–6000 is the best,with a tensile strength of 10.67 MPa,an elongation at break of 453.5%,and a density of 1.000 g/cm^(3),a MFR of 13.24 g/(10 min),a Shore A hardness of 84.9,a wear amount of 202.56 mm^(3).The results of SEM morphology observation indicate that ground calcium carbonate with four different particle sizes are uniformly distributed in SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer and strong interface is formed between calcium carbonate particles and SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer,which is helpful to improve the tensile properties of SEBS/PP thermoplastic elastomer.
