摘要
为明确薹用油菜品种特征特性,为其推广应用提供依据,以沣绿1号为材料,研究播期对其菜薹产量和品质的影响。结果表明:适时早播有利于增加采薹次数,延长采薹周期,提高菜薹产量,但不同播期下菜薹的丰产期有所差别。冬前采摘时,早播的菜薹可溶性糖和蛋白质含量均高于晚播的,冬后采摘时,各播期菜薹的品质均达到最优,可溶性糖和蛋白质含量无显著差异。沣绿1号具有适播期宽,采薹后侧薹萌发能力强,出薹率高的特点,农户可根据不同时期市场对菜薹的需求合理安排播期。
To clarify the characteristics of bolted rapeseed varieties and provide the theoretical basis for promotion and application,effects of sowing dates on the yield and quality of cabbage were studied and the“Fenglyu No.1”were used as the material.The results showed that the number of picked cabbage,the harvesting period and the yield of cabbage were increased in the earlier sowing.However,the high-yield period of cabbage under different sowing dates was different.The soluble sugar and protein content of cabbage in the early sowing were better than that of late sowing when picking before winter.The quality of cabbage in each sowing date was the best when picking after winter,and there was no significant difference in soluble sugar and protein content.Fenglyu No.1 had the characteristics of wide suitable sowing period,strong sprouting ability after harvested cabbage and high bolting rate.The sowing date might be arranged reasonably according to the market demand for flowering Chinese cabbage in different periods.
