多油箱飞行器飞行过程质心变化机理研究

摘要 多油箱飞行器在飞行过程中,各个油箱油量的分布情况将影响飞行器质心的变化,通过获取质心变化的规律才能够更好配置飞行器的供油策略与控制策略。基于此,分析了飞行器在飞行过程中由于各个油箱油量及俯仰角的变化引起的油箱截面上油液形状的变化状态,应用临界油液体积判断该状态下的质心计算方法,并综合各个状态下质心计算的方法,最终建立了通用的数学算法模型。通过实例验证,在已知油箱形状尺寸、飞行过程中俯仰角及实时油量的条件下,模型可有效获得飞行器在该过程中总质心的变化曲线。 The distribution of fuel in each fuel tank during the flight of a multi-tank aircraft will affect the change of the aircraft's center of mass.Only by obtaining the law of the change of the center of mass can the aircraft's fuel supply strategy and control strategy be better configured.This article first analyzes the change state of the fuel shape on the fuel tank section caused by the change of the fuel volume and pitch angle of each fuel tank during the aircraft's flight process,and then applies the critical oil volume to judge the centroid calculation method in this state,and integrates the centroid calculation methods in each state,finally establishes a general mathematical algorithm model.Through example verification,the model can effectively obtain the change curve of the total center of mass of the aircraft in the process under the conditions of known fuel tank shape and size,pitch angle during flight and real-time fuel volume.
