摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德雾化吸入联合穴位贴敷治疗方法在小儿急性喘息性支气管炎临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:将84例小儿急性喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组患儿采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿采用布地奈德雾化吸入联合穴位贴敷治疗,采用疗效评价标准评价两组患儿治疗效果,观察并患儿的症状改善情况,并统计患儿治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(χ^(2)=7.37,P=0.007),观察组患儿的咳嗽消失时间、肺部哮鸣音或粗湿啰音消失时间、心率恢复时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患儿治疗后炎性因子白细胞介素-10、白细胞介素-12、C反应蛋白、白细胞、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β水平与治疗前相比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察CJCM中医临床研究2021年第13卷第29期-49-组患儿在治疗后白细胞介素-10、C反应蛋白水平均较治疗前显著下降,且治疗后白细胞介素-10、白细胞介素-12、C反应蛋白、白细胞、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β水平与对照组相比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患儿皮肤瘙痒、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、皮疹、嗜睡及不良反应总发生率相比较差异均不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿急性喘息性支气管炎的临床治疗,选用布地奈德雾化吸入联合穴位贴敷治疗方法,能够更加快速、有效地改善临床症状及炎性状态,减轻其痛苦,且具有较低的不良反应发生率,降低疾病的危害性。
Objective:To explore efficacy of budesonide atomization inhalation plus acupoint application on children with acute asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:84 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with budesonide atomization inhalation,and the observation group was treated with budesonide atomization inhalation plus acupoint application.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly(χ^(2)=7.37,P=0.007),the cough disappearance time,lung wheezing or rough wet rales disappearance time,heart rate recovery time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-10,interleukin-12,C-reactive protein,leukocytes,interleukin-6,and interleukin-1βafter treatment between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the levels of interleukin-10 and C-reactive protein decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment.And after treatment,the levels of interleukin-10,interleukin-12,C-reactive protein,white blood cells,interleukin-6,and interleukin-1βwere significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of skin itching,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,rash,lethargy and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide atomization inhalation plus acupoint application can improve the clinical symptoms and inflammatory state of children with acute asthmatic bronchitis,and has a lower incidence of adverse reactions.
