摘要
本文在室内用铁盐制备了高铁酸钾,并将所制得的高铁酸钾处理油溶性聚丙烯酰胺洗罐废水,同时考察了不同投加量、pH和反应时间对处理效果的影响。研究结果表明,高铁酸钾的最佳投加量为200 mg/L,其废水COD及黏度下降率分别为93.6%和86.6%,最佳反应时间为5 min,最佳pH应控制在4~9。
Ferrate was preparated by FeCl_(3) in lab,and the ferrate was used to treat PAM wastewater of washing tank.At the same time,the effects of different dosage,pH and reaction time on the treatment effect were investigated.Results indicated that,when wastewater of washing treated by potassium ferrate,the most suitable dosage was 200 mg/L,the COD and viscosity removal rate was 93.6%and 86.6%.The most suitable reaction time and pH were 5 min and 4~9.
