摘要
农业科技成果转化事关国家粮食安全、乡村振兴发展和实现农业现代化。农业科研院所科技创新和成果转化更是与农业科技成果转化成效密切相关。本文以吉林省农业科学院为例,从科技成果转化现状出发,分析探讨制约吉林省农业科学院科技成果转化的因素及对策建议,具有一定的实践和启发意义。
The transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements is related to national foodsecurity,rural revitalization and development,and the realization of agricultural modernization.The technological innovation and achievement transformation of agricultural scientific research institutes are related to the effectiveness of agricultural technological achievement transformation.Taking Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,starting from the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,analyzing and discussing the factors restricting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences and countermeasures and suggestions have certain practical and enlightening significance.
