摘要
将短期需求侧响应与改进的长期增量成本法相结合,提出了一种基于增量配电网需求响应的定价方法。通过计算增量配电网中不同用户类别对增量配电网络峰值情况下使用率的贡献程度来改变配电网电价。将该方法应用于含有分布式电源的增量配电网,结果表明,能够让用户改变用电策略以应对时变的收费情况,帮助增量配电网缓解电网拥堵问题,进而缓解电网压力。
An improved longterm incremental cost(LRIC)pricing method based on the demand response of the incremental distribution grid is proposed by combining the shortterm demandside response with the improved LRIC method.The proposed method changes the distribution network tariff by calculating the degree of contribution of different categories of customer classes in the incremental distribution network to the utilization rate under peak conditions in the distribution network.Applying the method to an incremental distribution network containing distributed power sources,the results show that the method proposed in this paper enables customers to change their electricity consumption strategies to cope with timevarying tariff conditions,helping the incremental distribution network to alleviate the grid congestion problem and thus relieving the pressure on the grid.
