摘要
爱丁堡大学早在1983年就开展了人工智能理学硕士培养,是英国最早开展人工智能研究生教育的大学。爱丁堡大学人工智能理学硕士的主要特征为:强大的科研实力,较长的培养历史,强调跨学科培养,强调产学研一体化发展人工智能学科。对我国人工智能领域硕士研究生教育发展的启示为:加大跨学科、跨学院培养人工智能领域研究生的力度,大学与政府、企业等机构一起联合培养人工智能领域的研究生,不断加强人工智能领域师资队伍建设,持续增强质量保障体系建设。
The University of Edinburgh established the Artificial Intelligence MSc as early as 1983.It is the first university in the United Kingdom to conduct artificial intelligence graduate education.The main features of the program are:strong scientific research strength,long training history,emphasis on interdisciplinary training,and emphasis on the integration of industry,university,and research into the development of artificial intelligence.Implications for the development of postgraduate education in the field of artificial intelligence in China:strengthening the training of graduate students in the field of artificial intelligence across disciplines and colleges,universities,governments,and other institutions will jointly train graduate students in the field of artificial intelligence,continue to strengthen the construction of teaching staff in the field of artificial intelligence,and continue to strengthen the construction of quality assurance systems.
