摘要
为了解决红砂岩爆破大块率高、爆破效果差的问题,针对其韧性大、厚层结构、节理裂隙发育的特性,在湖北国际物流机场生产现场设计试验进行研究。通过改变钻孔直径、孔排距、起爆间隔时间、爆破网路连接方式、装药结构和炸药类型等方式,采用数字图片块度分析软件和现场统计方法分析比较红砂岩爆破后的松散度、大块率和块度均匀性,对其爆破效果进行分析比较。试验结果表明:通过改变红砂岩爆破参数虽无法完全消除爆破大块,但合理的爆破参数可以将爆破后大块率控制在较低水平,在钻孔孔径为90 mm情况下,采取2.5 m×2.5 m的孔排距,炮孔下部装爆炸能较高的膏状乳化炸药,上部装爆炸能较低的膨化硝铵炸药的混合装药结构较为合理。
In order to solve the problem of high boulder rate and poor blasting effect of red sandstone blasting,aiming at the characteristics of high toughness,thick layer structure and joint fissure development,the design test was carried out in Hubei International Logistics airport.By changing the diameter of drilling hole,the distance between holes,the interval time of initiation and the connection of blasting network,the loose degree,block rate and uniformity of red sandstone after blasting were analyzed and compared by using the digital image fragmentation analysis software and field statistical method.The test results show that by changing the parameters of red sandstone blasting is unable to completely eliminate blasting chunk,but after the bursting of the reasonable blasting parameters can be large pieces of rate control in low level.When when the hole diameter is 90 mm,the hole row spacing of 2.5 m×2.5 m,and hole bottom mounted explosion emulsion explosive,top of explosion expanded ammonium nitrate explosive charge structure is more reasonable..
