摘要
玉竹糖蛋白是寡糖链与蛋白质共价相连的大分子化合物,具有多种生物活性。玉竹糖蛋白的生物活性与其分子结构密切相关。对近年来玉竹糖蛋白研究中的提取、鉴定及生物活性进行概述,为其在食品、保健食品、特殊医学用食品及药品等领域的应用提供思路。
Polygonatum odoratum glycoprotein is a macromolecule compound covalently linked by oligosaccharide chain and protein,which has many biological activities.The biological activity of glycoprotein from Polygonatum odoratum is closely related to its molecular structure.In this paper,the extraction,identification and biological activity of glycoprotein from Polygonatum odoratum were reviewed,and the idea of its application in food,dietary supplement,special medical food and medicine was provided.
