摘要
随着我国城镇化的不断推进,城市地下排水管网的养护维修需求量越来越大,然而现有的管道检测方法在有些情况下无法良好地完成地下排水管道全面检测工作。根据实际需要,设计并建立了一套城市地下排水管道智能检测系统。系统主要由排水管道机器人和配套的管道检测系统两部分构成,其中管道机器人负责在管道中采集数据,检测系统负责对数据进行自动分析。通过实践验证排水管道机器人和检测系统的可行性和优越性。
With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the maintenance&repair demand of urban underground drainage pipe network is increasing.However,the existing pipeline detection methods cannot complete the comprehensive detection of underground drainage pipeline in some cases.According to the actual needs,an intelligent detection system for urban underground drainage pipeline is designed&implemented.The system is mainly composed of drainage pipeline robot&supporting pipeline detection system.The pipeline robot is responsible for collecting data in the pipeline,and the detection system is responsible for automatic analysis of the data.The feasibility and superiority of drainage pipeline robot and detection system are verified by practice.
