摘要
捕风一号(BF-1)卫星是我国海上发射的卫星项目,为确保项目的圆满成功,针对项目的目标和特殊要求,分析了项目管理的特点和难点,在以往航天器研制项目管理规范、经验的基础上,项目研制过程中在集成管理、范围管理、进度管理、风险管理及组织队伍建设等方面进行了创新。文章总结了项目研制管理的探索和实践经验,可为后续航天器研制管理提供参考。
BF-1 satellite system is a sea-launched project of China.To ensure the success and meet the critical requirements of the project,a series of creative approaches have been established based on the former management specifications and experiences,including the integrative management,project scope management,scheduling management,risk management,team managementand so on.This paper summarizes the experiences and practices of the project management,providing a reference to follow-up spacecraft projects.
