摘要
职业高等学校辅导员是完成“立德树人”根本任务的中坚力量,其胜任力是职业教育培养“德技并修”人才的关键因素。采用“行为事件访谈法”初步构建的职业高等学校辅导员胜任力模型,为提升辅导员胜任力提供客观依据,促进辅导员队伍专业化建设,增强职业教育“三全育人”的育人力量。
Counselors in higher vocational colleges are the backbone to fulfill the fundamental task of"cultivating people with moral integrity",and their competence is the key factor to cultivating"talents with moral skills and training"in vocational education.In this study,the"behavioral event interview method"is used to preliminary construct the competence model of counselorsin vocation⁃al colleges,which can provide objective basis for the improvement of the counselors’competence,promote the professional con⁃struction of the counselor team,and enhance the educational power of the"three integrity education"in vocational education.
