摘要
目的探讨单侧平衡舌侧集中牙合全口义齿与半解剖平衡牙合全口义齿的临床效果。方法选择2018年7月-2020年7月于我院治疗的30例无牙颌患者,按随机数字表法将其分为解剖牙合组、舌侧集中牙合组,各15例。解剖牙合组首先戴用半解剖平衡牙合全口义齿,6个月后置换单侧平衡舌侧集中牙合全口义齿;舌侧集中牙合组首先戴用单侧平衡舌侧集中牙合全口义齿,6个月后置换半解剖平衡牙合全口义齿。比较两组全口义齿调整次数、咀嚼率及修复效果。结果舌侧集中牙合组全口义齿调整次数[(1.96±0.45)次]少于解剖牙合组,佩戴1个月、6个月的咀嚼率[(0.58±0.02)、(0.65±0.03)]大于解剖牙合组,舌侧集中牙合组佩戴1个月、6个月的嚼能力[(0.89±0.20)分、(1.36±0.24)分]、稳固性[(0.82±0.22)分、(1.19±0.31)分]、舒适度评分[(0.75±0.31)分、(1.32±0.29)分]高于解剖牙合组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组佩戴1个月、6个月的发音及美观度评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论在无牙颌患者中采用单侧平衡舌侧集中牙合全口义齿修复效果良好,有利于减少全口义齿调整次数,提高固位稳固性,改善患者咀嚼率及舒适度,可作为无牙颌全口修复优选方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of unilateral balance lingual concentration,complete denture and semi-anatomical balance,complete denture.Methods Thirty patients with edentulous jaws treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into an anatomical group and a lingual concentration group,15 cases in each group,according to the random number table method.The anatomical group first wore a semi-anatomical balanced full denture,and 6 months later,replaced the unilateral balanced lingual concentrated full denture;the lingual concentrated group first wore a unilateral balanced lingual concentrated full denture,6 One month later,he replaced the semi-anatomical balance and complete denture.The adjustment times,chewing rate and restoration effect of the two groups of complete dentures were compared.Results The number of adjustments of the complete denture[(1.96±0.45) times]in the lingual concentration group was less than that in the anatomical group.The chewing rate[(0.58±0.02),(0.65±0.03)]was greater than that of the anatomical group.Anatomy group,lingual concentration group wearing 1 month,6 months of chewing ability[(0.89±0.20) points,(1.36±0.24) points],stability[(0.82±0.22) points,(1.19±0.31)) Points],comfort score[(0.75±0.31) points,(1.32±0.29) points]higher than the anatomy group,there is a statistical difference (P<0.05);the two groups wear 1 month,6 months pronunciation There was no statistical difference (P>0.05) compared with the aesthetic score.Conclusion In edentulous patients,unilateral balanced lingual concentration and complete denture have a good restoration effect,which is beneficial to reduce the number of complete denture adjustments,improve the stability of the position,and improve the patient’s chewing rate and comfort.It can be used as an edentulous jaw The optimal plan for full mouth repair.
