塑料齿轮加速疲劳寿命试验机研制及试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 基于恒定应力加速疲劳寿命测试原理,研制了针对塑料齿轮的试验机,进行疲劳寿命的快速测试。重点研究了试验机的工作原理、结构以及核心零部件的设计。整体上采用卧式结构,设计了专用的齿轮工装来保证测试精度,由温控箱对测试环境温度进行调节控制。该试验装置可以准确测量塑料齿轮的转速、转矩、温度以及循环次数对传动效率的影响。试验结果表明,转矩越大,塑料齿轮在稳定磨损阶段的平均效率越低;平均温度越高,循环次数越少。为塑料齿轮寿命预测和失效形式的研究提供了一种高效可行的方法与装置,具有理论价值与实际应用价值。 Based on the principle of constant stress accelerated fatigue life test,a testing machine for plastic gears is developed to test the fatigue life quickly.The working principle,structure composition and the design of core parts of the testing machine are mainly studied.On the whole,the horizontal structure is adopted,the special gear tooling is designed to ensure the test accuracy,and the temperature control box is used to adjust and control the test environment temperature.The experimental device can accurately measure the influence of speed,torque,temperature and cycle times of plastic gear on transmission efficiency.The experimental results show that the higher the torque is,the smaller the average efficiency,the higher the average temperature and the smaller the number of cycles are.It provides an efficient and feasible method and device for the life prediction and failure form research of plastic gear,which has theoretical value and practical application value.
