摘要
盐敏感性高血压(SSH)是高血压的常见类型。钠离子转运机制、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)以及内分泌机制是肾参与SSH的重要机制。本文就近年来关于上皮钠通道(ENaC)结构功能,以及RAAS、表皮生长因子、精氨酸加压素等不同体液因子对SSH影响的研究作一综述,旨在为研究提供方向。
Salt-sensitive hypertension(SSH)is a frequent type of hypertension.Sodium ion transportation mechanism,renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS)and endocrine mechanisms are important mechanisms that kidney involves in SSH.The present article makes a review on researches about structure and function of epithelial sodium channel(ENaC)and influence of different humoral factors such as RAAS,epidermal growth factor and arginine vasopressin on SSH in recent years,aiming at providing direction for research.
